What does "concurrent seats" mean? +

Concurrent seats are the maximum number of attendees who can be in your webinar at the same time — including both active chatters and passive viewers watching the live stream.

How do extra hours work? +

Every Premium plan includes 2 hours of broadcasting per month. If you need more, each additional hour is priced at one-third of your monthly plan price. You choose your hours upfront using the stepper on this page.

Is there a discount for paying yearly? +

Yes. With a yearly plan you get 2 months free — meaning you pay for 10 months and get 12. The monthly price shown is the equivalent monthly cost when billed annually.

What is the one-time event option? +

A one-time event lets you pay for a single webinar without committing to a monthly plan. The price is 30% higher than the equivalent monthly rate. If you host more than one event, a monthly subscription is more cost-effective.

What's included in the Free plan? +

The Free plan lets you fully set up your branded webinar page — add your logo, colors, password protection, and attendee registration. Chat is available for up to 5 users. Live video broadcasting requires a Premium plan.

Can I cancel or upgrade at any time? +

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Monthly plans stop renewing the following month. For questions about refunds or plan changes, contact us.

Do attendees need to create an account? +

No. Attendees simply click your shared link and join directly in their browser — no downloads, no apps, no account needed on their end.
